Terms of Use
These terms apply to MCAT Learning Hub, operated by DFYN Atelier, a business registered in Alberta and based in Calgary. Contact: support@dfynatelier.com.
The beta
During the beta, access is free. Features may change, and we may reset or pause the service while we fix problems. We'll give testers notice before paid plans start; nobody is charged without choosing to buy.
What the hub is, and isn't
- A planning and tracking tool for MCAT preparation. It organises your own practice and shows what your results suggest.
- It does not predict or guarantee any score, admission or outcome. Readiness signals are study aids, not predictions.
- It does not include or copy AAMC, UWorld or other paid question content. Use those services under their own terms.
- MCAT is a registered trademark of the AAMC, which does not endorse this product.
Your account
- Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- One person per account. Don't try to access other people's data, probe the service for weaknesses, or overload it.
- Your study data is yours. You can export or delete it at any time.
Feedback
If you send ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve the product without owing you anything for them.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost data beyond what our backups can restore, or exam results. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Alberta or Canadian consumer law.
Changes
We'll post changes here and tell account holders about significant ones.
